About the Author As a native Floridian, Lynn became intrigued by the prehistoric people of Florida as she researched their history and took part in excavations. Now writing as Lynn Sholes, she has teamed up with Joe Moore writing international bestselling thrillers. Lynn has presented numerous fiction writing workshops and has been a writing trainer and coach for schools in Broward and Citrus County, Florida. She now writes full time from her home in the Sunshine State.

I really enjoyed reading these selections by Lynn Sholes. Books about Native Americans sometimes make me sad because their culture has been swept away without a thought. There would have been much learned had archaeologist been able to convince the government, private contractors, etc. from destroying precious Native American landmarks. We should trod lightly and soak up whatever knowledge has been left behind. We have already lost an incredible amount of knowledge of those who came before us. I pray that we learn from our mistakes and value the cultures before it's too late. This was an enjoyable read and educational. I will continue to read her novels. I highly recommend.Product details

I am totally enjoying these books of the days when there were Shaman in every tribe. This one goes on through generations and I am totally loving it. Lots of adventure, some romance and lots of entertainment.
Very descriptive in the people s dress and habitat. If you are a Floridian these books will be very interesting as the environment will be very familiar to you.
Lynn Sholes has done a beautiful job of bring a peoples and their land alive... The descriptions allow you to immerse yourself in the lives, loves and journey of them. I could not wait to read on through this 4 book set...
I really enjoyed this series. It's very "chic lit" which on occasion is fun to lose yourself in. This series delivers, the characters and action are well developed and like most romance, the story is somewhat predictable. An enjoyable quick read...
Wonderful series. Took a chance buying . Them all at once, and so glad I did. Ms. Shole is a wonderful writer. I look forward to more books with similar topics. Once you start reading them, difficult to put down.
if you like to know the whole story then this collection is for you. It is told in a manner of a great storyteller. I could not put the series down, it keep me entertain and engrossed in the plot. It is a historical look into the lives of a tribe of native
Americans in the Florida state. It is also a love story over generations. A must-read.
Certainly worth the money, if you like a good story of this era. The collection was a very worth while purchase, as the stories are all together, and you don't have to wait for the next one to come out. Each book is a new story of an ongoing time period, and they are all well written. She has a way of pulling at your emotions that make you smell the air they breath and you can't wait to turn the page to see how the next scene will turn out!
